Good Enough Moments (May 2025 Edition)

Not everything needs a spreadsheet.

Here’s a short list of where “good enough” showed up and saved time, energy, or brain cells:

  • Picked a video editor for my content creation. Didn’t test every single feature. Just chose one that is good enough for the job.

  • Bought shoes for my pickleball game. Not the “perfect” ones. My feet haven’t complained.

  • Thought about my pickleball games on my drive back home from the game. I wasn’t the best. Was it fun? Yes. So, it was good enough. Moved on.

  • Chose a restaurant for a family birthday lunch that was good enough. Everyone left full and smiling. That’ll do.

  • Used white sugar instead of brown sugar. Worked and did the job.

  • Hit unexpected weekend traffic. Took a breath. Played music. Let it be. Reached a bit late but was good enough.

  • Vibe coded a game. Launched it. Didn’t wait till it was shiny. Just… shipped.

Not everything needs to be great.
Good enough works just fine.
