Good Enough Moments (May 2025 Edition)
Not everything needs a spreadsheet.
Here’s a short list of where “good enough” showed up and saved time, energy, or brain cells:
Picked a video editor for my content creation. Didn’t test every single feature. Just chose one that is good enough for the job.
Bought shoes for my pickleball game. Not the “perfect” ones. My feet haven’t complained.
Thought about my pickleball games on my drive back home from the game. I wasn’t the best. Was it fun? Yes. So, it was good enough. Moved on.
Chose a restaurant for a family birthday lunch that was good enough. Everyone left full and smiling. That’ll do.
Used white sugar instead of brown sugar. Worked and did the job.
Hit unexpected weekend traffic. Took a breath. Played music. Let it be. Reached a bit late but was good enough.
Vibe coded a game. Launched it. Didn’t wait till it was shiny. Just… shipped.
Not everything needs to be great.
Good enough works just fine.
